All of our process servers have been trained in the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure regarding process service.  We ensure that all of our process servers are well versed in these rules. 

Our fees provide for three attempts.  Each attempt will be made at different times of the day.  If we are unable to provide service during this time, we will email you regarding the situation for your instructions.

If we determine that the address is a bad address, you will be notified immediately for further instructions.  As part of our service package, we offer Skip Tracing thru a variety of resources to locate individuals.

We have the ability to provide you access to our data base so that you can check the status of your documents at any time.

Standard Service:  Our first attempt will generally be carried out within 72 hours after receipt of documents. 

Priority Service: Our priority service guarantees that the first attempt will be made within 24 hours after receipt of documents.  Our Priority Service is only available for Front Range destinations.

Immediate Service:  Our immediate service guarantees that the first attempt will be made within 12 hours after receipt of documents.  Our Immediate Service is only available for Denver Metro destinations.

We offer court filing service for your rush claims.  We will pull certified copies of case documents as well as research.  Please contact us regarding the areas of availability and associated costs.

We work through a variety of services that allow us to provide you with a wide range of information on both people and companies.  A few examples of the type of information are:

• Asset reports
• Bankruptcies
• Criminal reports
• Civil Court reports

We offer investigative services on a negotiated basis.  We will assist you in obtaining evidence for cases such as insurance fraud or spousal infidelity.  Due to the sensitive nature and time involved in these services, a quotation must be obtained and approved, in writing, prior to our proceeding.  Please call to discuss.
